What you get

Action Log, the working sheet. Every action from every meeting: owner, due date, status, progress and evidence. Up to 3.000 rows and 16 owners. Filtering and sorting stay open while the formulas stay locked.
Dashboard. Open, late, finished and cancelled actions, progress by owner, and a chart of the whole company in one look. It updates itself from the log.
Monthly report on one page. The print area follows the last filled row, so you print what exists, not three thousand empty lines.

Before you buy. The file is designed and tested for Microsoft Excel on the desktop. It is not tested or supported in Google Sheets or LibreOffice, because the conditional formatting, the protection and the print area behave differently there.
