Pravo na odustanak od ugovora
Potrošač koji ugovor zaključuje na daljinu ima pravo da u roku od 14 dana odustane od ugovora, bez navođenja razloga.
Kada se to pravo gubi
Kod digitalnog sadržaja koji se ne isporučuje na trajnom nosaču zapisa, pravo na odustanak se gubi ako je isporuka započela nakon što je potrošač dao izričitu prethodnu saglasnost i potvrdio da je upoznat da time gubi to pravo. Zato pri poručivanju postoji posebno polje za tu saglasnost. Ako ga potrošač ne označi, isporuka se ne pokreće pre isteka roka od 14 dana.
Kako se odustaje
Izjava o odustanku šalje se na solutions@elcinsight.com, ili poštom na Neznanog Junaka bb, 25000 Sombor. Može se koristiti obrazac ispod, ali to nije obavezno. Prodavac bez odlaganja potvrđuje prijem izjave. Povraćaj uplaćenog iznosa vrši se u roku od 14 dana od prijema izjave, na račun sa kog je uplata izvršena.

A consumer who concludes a distance contract normally has 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason.
