Sometimes he still comes to work, works a shift, reports to the manager and finishes what he has to do. On the outside, everything seems calm, but something has already broken inside.

The first sign is when he stops reporting minor problems. This is the man who has previously been the first to say that the tool is out of place, that the material is late, that the machine is working strangely, or that the plan has nothing to do with reality. He didn't do it because he liked to complain, but because he cared about making the business work. And then once he sees the same problem and just keeps working. Not because he doesn't know. It's because he's learned that no one responds.

The second sign is when it starts to work exactly as much as it has to. If it fits on 50 pieces every day, even though you know you can get more, it's not always laziness. Sometimes it's a message. Man no longer gives extra effort to a system that his extra effort does not see, hear, and value. He's still working, but he's no longer wearing his clothes.

The third sign is when it says„ it is valid & # 8220; and then when it sees that the decision makes no sense. He would have said earlier: "Boss, This is going to make a problem.“ now says: & # 8222;valid.& # 8220; and let the problem come to an end.

There are a lot of companies out there. They think the situation has calmed down because no one is complaining anymore. And in practice, something much more dangerous has often happened: a good worker has ceased to believe that it is worth talking about.

A good worker doesn't always give up out loud. Sometimes he just stops trying.
The company didn't lose him when he quit. She lost it much earlier.
