Dismissal is just paper. The right decision is often made months before that, while the firm still thinks everything is under control.

It is the worker who sees that the tool is out of place, that every little thing is asked by the same person, that the material is searched per plant, that the same problem is solved every Friday, that the failure is patched instead of removing the cause, and that the plan only looks good while it is on paper. He doesn't see chaos once. He sees it every day.

A good employee is not looking for the perfect company. He knows that every company has problems. The Problem is not that there is a delay, a mistake, a wait, or a bad day. The Problem is when the same cause has been repeated for years, and everyone acts as if it were a normal condition. A man does not leave work. Get away from nonsense.

The worst thing a company can do is use the best worker as a patch for holes in the system. & # 8222;give it to him, he can.& # 8220; and so the best gets more work, more responsibility, more pressure, and often the same pay and the same recognition as if nothing special was happening. At some point, he realizes that the firm is not rewarding him for knowing, but punishing him with an additional burden.

If you want to keep good people, it doesn't start with motivational speeches. It starts with the question: what makes it difficult for you to work, where do you waste your time, what is repeated, what have you already suggested, and no one has solved? This is where a serious system begins. Not in the presentation. Not in the word. It's about making the best worker see that his effort makes sense.
